Jeffrey Katzenberg is the Chief Executive Officer and a Co-Founder and Director of DreamWorks Animation SKG, the largest animation studio in the world.

The Company has released 23 animated feature films, including the franchise properties of ShrekMadagascarKung Fu Panda and How to Train Your Dragon. In 2010, DreamWorks Animation became the first studio to produce all of its feature films in 3D.  DreamWorks Animation has been named one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by FORTUNE® Magazine in four consecutive years and is currently #14, the only entertainment company on the list.

In addition to CG animated feature films, DreamWorks Animation produces television seriesand specials, live entertainment properties and online virtual worlds, meant for audiences around the world.

Katzenberg co-founded DreamWorks SKG with Steven Spielberg and David Geffen in 2004 and the studio subsequently produced three Best Picture Academy Award® winners – American Beauty, Gladiator, and A Beautiful Mind. DreamWorks Animation became a publicly traded company in 2004.

Prior to co-founding DreamWorks, Katzenberg served as Chairman of The Walt Disney Studios, during which the studio produced a number of landmark animated films including the Academy Award® nominated Beauty and the Beast and live action hits such as Pretty Woman and Father of the Bride.

Katzenberg and his wife Marilyn lead fundraising efforts on behalf of dozens of organizations focused on healthcare, education, the arts, Jewish causes, children, civic improvement and the environment. Katzenberg and DreamWorks Animation founded the DreamWorks Animation Academy of Inner-City Arts in 2008.
